  • Percentages Question

    What is the ratio/percentage that you all refer to when keeping track of your intake? Just joined FitDay and I'm at (so far):

    Fat: 70%
    Protein: 27%
    Carbs: 4%

    I think these look good, right?!

    Your precentages look great. The precentages to shoot for are something close to 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs.
    People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
