I have seen a few lists here and there regarding limits to amount of cheese (3-4 ounces) and cream (2-3 tbsp), etc. If the cheese has 0 g of carbs, is there a limit to 0 g carb foods or should we just eat foods to till content? (not stuffed obviously). For example, if we eat pork rinds as a snack...is there a limit (obviously not 4 bags a day
). I am trying to eat the right induction foods, but am also concerned about doing that right. It would be helpful if there was a sensible amounts list somewhere. Does that exist?
