Browsing cereals at atkins.com, I noticed that corn bran has 0 carbs. Way to go!
But, looking at corn bran products in stores - eg Quaker - I notice they have added sugar.

Use it as you would use any fiber supplement or wait until OWL Rung 9 (grains) to experiment with larger amounts.
