    Here are two items that I have come up with for dessert.

    The first is an idea I got here on the board, which is to take
    regular pork skins and dump o cinnamon and splenda (they make
    with fiber now). It's not bad, pretty good actually.

    The second is a decaf starbuck's doubleshot on ice with heavy
    cream (I ask to add it myself) and splenda.

    I'd love to hear what you are doing?

    I used to eat a really high fat cheese like Brie or Camenbert. I used to do low fat, so eating these cheeses were a luxury.

      I love Brie & Camembert too. Since I've started this WOL I've had at least 1 to 2 oz almost every day.
      I also enjoy the pumpkin, creamcheese, egg, splenda & flax seed (taste like pumpkin bread).
      The egg nog type smoothie (3 eggs, 2T heavy cream, vanilla extract & splenda).
      The creamcheese pancakes.

        Here's a new one tonight. I love pelligrino and had a wild fancy and added two splenda (the fiber type), a touch of almond extract and some heavy cream over ice and made an italian soda. Pretty good. I will try it with other extracts too. Do tell about the cream cheese pancakes!
