Here are two items that I have come up with for dessert.
The first is an idea I got here on the board, which is to take
regular pork skins and dump o cinnamon and splenda (they make
with fiber now). It's not bad, pretty good actually.
The second is a decaf starbuck's doubleshot on ice with heavy
cream (I ask to add it myself) and splenda.
