    30 minutes of HIIT stairmaster for me this morning....

      tried level 2 of the 30 day shred - wow - I wanted to quit six minutes in...but I did it!

            20 minutes elliptical, one hour mat Pilates class, 45 minute swim.

            I took my daughter to the gym since we had to be in town for her Orthodontist appt!

                    Despite a sprained ankle....I hobbled all around the ball park this evening. I did laps around the outside of the diamond slowly but surely so I could still watch my daughter play! But hey......I kept moving!
