Ok, I started Adkins on Friday, June 5th and today I have so far gained 2 lbs. Is this normal?? I read people that have been on it for 6 days that has lost. I am following it the way I am supposed to and still I gain 2 lbs. I am drinking my water, I exercise.....what could I be doing wrong??
