My name is Alexis. And I wish I could say that I'm excited to be here, but I'm not. I'm back after years. I did Atkins about 8 years ago and due to some poor decisions and difficult circumstances, I'm back. But, I will say this...I know that this WOL works and I'm happy to get on track and stay there! I have put on too much weight over the past 10 years and I'm done!!! So, I'm just ready to get down to business.
I'm not sure what my goal weight is really. I've never wanted to be "thin," just "hot."
I mean on fire hot! So, here's to 165lbs or a size 10--whichever comes first. I figure I can reevaluate my goal when I'm closer. Right now, I'm dangerously close to 300lbs (over it according to some scales, but I'm using my WW scale that I have at home for the sake of consistency). This evening I weighed in at 299.2 (size 24 pant/22 dress/shirt). I'm not even going to do the math on how much I have to lose! I'm just taking it one day at a time! One good choice at a time.
