I'm here and accounted for. The scale moved down another half pound yesterday, yay. I'm hoping I'm on a loosing streak again and no more 9 days without moving down for a long while. Today is day 14 of a perfectly clean re-induction and I'm planning to move to OWL rung 1 tomorrow. I have started this diet so many times and always tell myself if I stay in Induction longer I'll loose more weight quicker, but you know what happens? I get bored and go off plan after 6-8 weeks. So this time I'm climbing the ladder to see if that can help me stick it out for a life time.
I took the weight I need to loose and divided it by the number of rungs + premaintenance, and it equals 8. So that means every eight pounds I will move up a rung as long as I've spent at least a week on the previous one. I'm hoping this plan will work. I'm not even so anxious to increase my carbs beyond 20, I just think a little more variety will help me make this a life time woe. The only thing in dairy I'm looking forward to is an occasional yogurt, yummmmm......
