    I'm here and accounted for. The scale moved down another half pound yesterday, yay. I'm hoping I'm on a loosing streak again and no more 9 days without moving down for a long while. Today is day 14 of a perfectly clean re-induction and I'm planning to move to OWL rung 1 tomorrow. I have started this diet so many times and always tell myself if I stay in Induction longer I'll loose more weight quicker, but you know what happens? I get bored and go off plan after 6-8 weeks. So this time I'm climbing the ladder to see if that can help me stick it out for a life time.

    I took the weight I need to loose and divided it by the number of rungs + premaintenance, and it equals 8. So that means every eight pounds I will move up a rung as long as I've spent at least a week on the previous one. I'm hoping this plan will work. I'm not even so anxious to increase my carbs beyond 20, I just think a little more variety will help me make this a life time woe. The only thing in dairy I'm looking forward to is an occasional yogurt, yummmmm......
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    I do miss yogurt! I was in 'extended induction' for 8 months - just moved to OWL 10/1 - not noticing too much yet, since I really like vegetables, but looking forward to the next rung.

    I'm at the same weight as yesterday - but not concerned. Extremely bad 'keto' breath - so know I'm doing ok.

      Here. Still sick, but still OP. I haven't weighed yet. Today is day 5. I may check out the scale on Sunday, but maybe not.

        Hello, all! A little behind today, but still here! Very rainy and cold here in VA. Well, cold for VA, anyway!

        Glad everyone is on plan. Sorry you don't feel well, kmrsail. Hope your feeling better soon!

          Hi everyone night time here in the uk its 10.17pm logged on before going to sleep.Today I weighed but Im still the same oh well its bettter that the scales showing me I put on weight but I must say Im pleased as it was 7th day of induction and a total loss of 7lbs so far.Enjoy your Thursday everyone and goodnight.

            Hi all, have been missing lately, have had midterm exams and life is crazy. Still on plan and losing very slowly, but still losing. I am 2/3 of my way to goal, just have another 20 pounds to go!! 40 pounds gone!!

              Hi all! I totally agree about the yogurt. I miss it! I still buy it for my sons because it's a healthy snack they love to eat.....but it's not easy.
              Had some grilled fish with Mrs. Dash and butter for dinner....YUM!!!

              I did the elliptical earlier today and I'm going to go walk in a little while but not too far as I'm feeling kindof tired today. What day are you guys weighing in on here?
