I can tell you deviled eggs... but it will probably not help. What foods do you have available at work?Originally posted by Lunababy7181 View PostLOL thanks! Re: Day 1- snacks?
You should eat meals.
Snacks are OK if you NEED to eat between meals. But meals are good.
If I snack I may have egg, or a bit of cheese or some meat with mayo or some veggie with cream cheese.

Yes it is fine to eat when you are hungry. But a lot people eat for entertainment, out of habit, because they are bored, because they have an oral fixation, because they do not drink water. (I am describing my former self here
) You want to make sure you eat for the right reason. Have good fatty meals that sustain you, always drink water but if you have to snack even if you do this that is fine.
There is not rule that you HAVE to eat snacks. Make sure you check with the book before you eat anything. It (and all its ingredients) has to be on the allowed list.

I'm bad with this spelling thing. I had to Google "chix". Came across porn websites!Originally posted by Lunababy7181 View Postchix
Yes... I figured out what it is... after I pressed Enter.
Salad dressings often have sugar (HFCS, sugar, etc.).I need to get the 2002 book, but a question- whats the deal with salad dressing?
Atkins is a high fat diet, not low fat or high protein!Cant have low fat?
Low fat dressings are more likely to have sugar in them. They need to replace that fat with something.
Order the salad without dressing. It likely has sugar in it."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
