I rotate Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones, Jari Love's Extremely Ripped, The Firm's Get Chisel'd, & several more. What I love about these workouts is the fact that they combine weight-bearing circuit training & supersets non-stop for up to 40 minutes - so you are constantly moving & enjoy an aerobic component by default. In other words, on the days I do these DVDs, I can skip the treadmill afterward!

I got it from Fit TV, its called Pilates Sculpt, I have looked into the one you do, what do you like most about it? Is it pretty good cardio, I mean, ya know, do you feel like its comparable to any of Jillina's workouts as far as how hard you feel like you worked out? Thanks
