I dont have a Atkins book...I did in the past but I lost it in my move I think its in storage...And I cant really afford to go buy one at this time

read the insuction stickies posted up above in this forum everything is listed.

I would strongly advice you sto start saving up that $7 for a new copy of DR ATKINS' NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 or newer printing. We all use it as the manual and owners guide for doing Atkisn so we can have the easiest path to becoming the healthier smaller person we want and kepping ourselves there.

You can get them used on Ebay one memeber got one for under $.25!!!!
