Reporting tardy on the three previous days due to not being on-line then.
But I've been doing great!! :joy
SUN 4/10 - 40 min. power walk
MON 4/11 - 50 min. on Tony Little's Gazelle Edge
TUE 4/12 - 50 min. on Tony Little's Gazelle Edge
WED 4/13 - Busy day, but squeezed-in a 30 minute exercise video.

Due to my back injury and my holiday its been some time since I have been to the gym!
6 weeks later I went tonight, my it was hard! I'm sure I will get back into the swing soon
15 minutes stationary bike
20 minutes run on treadmill
10 minutes walk on treadmillsigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
