    Last night did 50 min treadmill level 10 various inclines.

    Tonight will do the same... more or less.

        Rest day for me. Heading out into the garden to do spring clean-up.

          37:06 minutes on the treadmill...new plan...walking 2 miles...will vary the incline and speed as I go trying to get my time down till I can jog the whole way....that will be a while, btw!

          Today did 10 minutes of jogging at 4mph no incline (two sets of 5) and the rest was walking at 3mph with an incline of 8%. Whew!

          Also did 160 crunches.

            i was gonna take a day off and then said to myself "self, git your butt in gear you lazy slug you"
            so i just did half the bike thing today
            bike:
            3.5 miles
            19.49 minutes
            burning 207 calories

            crunches:
            3 sets, 11 reps each


            each day i have been trying to strech out my arm some. i think it is helping. and i think i pulled a hamstring and i am working on that.

              I did 45 minutes on my Tony Little's Gazelle Edge. I broke-out a pretty good sweat, so I know I'm doing something right. :nod

                          Edited to add - I did an additional 10 minutes on the treadmill (C25K sessions are 20 min), 175 various crunches, 2 minutes on the stairclimber (i hate that damn thing)
