It's almost May so it's time to sign up for the next Water Challenge! I hope you will join me for another month of waterlogged success!
Drinking enough water is vital on Atkins for many reasons.
1) It helps to flush toxins and fats out of the body; 2) protects the kidneys; 3) prevents dehydration; 4) helps to prevent constipation; and 5) helps with water retention. Plus it gives you something to do with your hand other than stuff food in your mouth. This is one of the easiest challenges to can do - all you have to do is DRINK!!
1. Commit to an amount of PURE water you will consume each day
2. Sign up A.S.A.P. We start May 1st
3. Post your water intake no more than once a day (or twice a week).
4. Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come copy/paste the latest list of names and add your numbers. You are responsible for your own totals - please make sure you use the LAST post to add your totals to.
