Actually this question came up before years ago and sent 2big to the books to investigate. I can't remember what she found out but maybe she will see this and tell us. It's a great question and glad you asked

Oh.....my....god.....well, it is a good question.  I've heard of low calorie semen. I would think that guys in ketosis would produce a low carb derivative.  |

Do sugar alcohols occur naturally? I just presumed they were synthesised. In what other natural products are they found?
