| Hi, I really need a buddy - or a few of them. I simply cannot seem to do this. I did it a while ago and lost about 10 lbs. Gained it all back over the past few years. Now I really want to do it and loose 15. My problem - I can't seem to have enough foods that I like. I feel like I can only stand so much meat and I am not real big on salad right now for some reason. I do make deviled eggs and such but can't do it. Need help! I have reved up my exercise to about 500 cals a day - one would think I should be dropping weight like crazy but I am not. 149/147/130 (GOAL) |

| I'd be happy to be your diet buddy. I've found that this is the best way for me to get through this. My hubby started out doing it with me, but he's kinda sorta bailed on me so I need a friend! LOL

| i LOVE sasuage. i could just eat that stuff all day! and eggs. i love eggs. haha. cheese, too. i weigh 203 now, i want to loose probably, about 60-65 more pounds. its not gonna be easy.

If you are using Facebook, MySpace or other social networking websites, more personal details or photos may get into the wrong hands and used as such, with possible consequences on your family life and jobs. For the reasons above, I would like to ask you to edit the posts you have made in this thread and to remove your email addresses and IM handles. If you are unable to do these changes within the next 12 hours, a moderator will do them for you. Private information can be traded via private messaging, but remember: not everyone is here to lose weight and ADBB is not responsible if the information you share gets into the wrong hands. I am not suggesting you should stop using the Board or enjoying your experience at ADBB, as most members are here for exactly the same reasons as you -- lose weight and become healthier. However, please think carefully before sharing any personal information. | hi can i join, i really do need help to stick to this plan. Ive been doing this for 5 days now and im off work for a week with family gatherings. Really scared im gonna slip up again and then another month will be filled with junk eating.

| To the moderator..... I appreciate your cause for concern and I will obey your wishes. But just for the record... I got a spam filter so I don't really care about people sending spam to me. There isn't really anything someone could threaten me with on the net that I haven't heard before and can't handle. If someone ever wanted to stalk me, that would be one of the most flattering things that has ever happened to me lol. The facebook pictures one would upload is on their own agenda and their own calling IE - Don't stick something on the internet you don't want anyone to see. And finally anyone who wants to track me who would even matter doesn't even need the info I put up on here. People such as the private investigators who are following me everywhere I go. They don't need the small info I post or anyone else may post. All they need is their reverse lookup, ip sniffers, and whois programs to find me or anyone else. Again... I will obey, I just wanted to maybe make you feel a bit better about the fact that I had my info up on there. It won't happen again. BUT!!!! I still do want another weight loss buddy!!!!! hehe Anyone that wants to be my buddy, send me a private P.S... Thanx Georgiana!!! Doin a fantastic job! ![]() |
