The Company that bought Dr. Atkins company has filed for Bankruptcy protection. This is by no means is a knock on the diet, Although, The press will spin the filing as another diet craze spiraling downward. We've continually read that The Atkins diet is expensive, I've found that to be untrue, If the reporter's read our book, They'd realize the facts. Granted the products sold by Atkin's and other's can be pricey, I rarely used them, And tried to stick with what I could cook or eat in restaurants. I'm forever greatful for Dr. Atkin's wisdom and perserverance. It's worked for me and thousands others. It's been the only (diet) Way of Life, That I was able to reduce the lifelong struggle with.

The agro-industrial complex, having started a frontal war against the Low Carb Life Style, is rejoicing right now. Why, how could anyone hurt their grain sales and live? They character-assassinated Dr. Atkins in his very moment of death. Not happy with his physical demise, they had to kill him two more times. One, at the autopsy and stealing of his medical records and now two, his former company.
Atkins never acknowledged that there was a war on aggression on him and his cure for obesity. That signaled his future defeat. For that matter, all other doctors espousing the low carb approach have never to this day, acknowledged this war, such as Dr. Mead of Protein Power fame and others. Always afraid of the gigantic power of the Food Industry.
The agro-industrial complex won't rest until this nation is totally populated by sorry looking human whales, dragging their fat in the mud on their way to their graves. Keep eating crap, America! And you, CEO's of McDonlad's, Kraft Foods and Krispy Kream, keep dropping of heart attacks like flies (from eating your own feces you call food ). You are doing a great service to this FAT NATION.

As for the rest of us, let's thank all those physicians who took the trouble to write books to explain the latest science to us laymen. The low carb movement is going oficially underground... until a grain of intelligence shines again in the human race.

But wait! These less than human CEO's will force feed any skinny person they see until they are fat and addicted to carbs. Can we resist? Yes we can. We know the TRUTH.
