| I seriously doubt the carbs would be much lower - only slightly less space per kernel would be used up by a second embryo, in a mature ear of corn. | Thanks for sharing as they said in the article they will have to see if it can be reproduced by seed planting since each kernewl will grow 2 plants as twins side by side. they have high starch corn now that is higher in fiber and lower in net carbs. but a double protein higher oil would make interesting corn if it tasted good.
