So, here it is, Feb 5, and the stats say I have not been on the forum since January 25th....SORRY.Anyways, I have been kind of coasting. I visited my Mom, and of course she cooked a great meal. I had POTATOES, with good veggies and meatballs....of course with bread crumbs in them, and a sauce made of pineaple, and probably corn starch. Anyways, I did a day of induction, to get back into ketosis. I wasn't faithful in writing down my carbs, etc on fitday, and it shows. I only lost a few pounds since January 25. I am now at 248.8 pounds(round up to 249 on the tracker) I am NOT upset. In fact, I am ecstatic. I knew what was happening, what would happen after the high carb meal, and I was prepared to fight the urges until I got back into alignment. I figure that is a pretty great week, all things considered. I hope your week has gone as well.
