This is all news to me i'v just modled my diet to ur %rule and i guess i was having too much protien and too much calories for my body now too...thank u..now i feel better since i know better...

This is all news to me i'v just modled my diet to ur %rule, with fitday and i guess i was having too much protien and too many calories for my body now too...thank u..now i feel better since i know better...i'm officially entering owl in 2 days, first i want to see if this rule and induction can jumpstart my weight loss again....thank you so much

Wow I needed to see this. I really need to reduce my fat and protein. I am still at 65 fat. I have found that adding carbs at this point really helps to control my appetite where it seems like the extra fat did it before

So I'm preparing for OWL (next week or the week after). All I really have to do is add 5 vegetable carbs and my percentages will be just fine right? I don't have to change my fat/protein intake.

You are right, Pete. The % will change a little but not enough to need much 'tweaking' I think. Try running a few days menus through fitday.com to see what happens to get an idea of how things will change.
