Default 1/2 lb lost and 1/4 of a Inch lost this week!

I WILL take it! Better down then up.

I am within 20 lbs of my goal so I know that my results will be slow. Do I want more, you bet. But I have come to realize that I need to be very patient and take it one day at a time.

I cant stress enough to those of you out there that have not measured. MEASURE! everywhere! If I had not done this, I would be discouraged and down. It would allow those thoughts of giving up to creep in. But, because I am seeing results, even tho small, it allows me to push forward. Actually, it motivates me to work harder this week. So measure, measure your angles, your neck, your forearms,,, if your waste or hips dont show any loss, it maybe coming off somewhere else.

Another investment, I would recommend, if you can afford it, is a digital scale. My old scale would of shown no loss. But, because my digital scale measure in tenths, I am able to see some results.

Lets look for the small improvements to keep us focused and motivated and I wish you all the same success! :nod

This is the end of week 3 for me, and I gained 1/2 pound, but I lost a half inch on almost every measuring spot. I figure the weight is funny weight, so I'm still celebrating like I'm going in the right direction.

    Congrats on your loss!
