| With the amount of exercise you do, I don't think your "stalls" are worrisome. I think you have increased your muscle mass and decreased your body fat. As I've suggested in other posts, you really ought to get your body fat analyzed. That would be a better representation of your fat loss, than relying on the scale.

| Also, how many carbs are you eating daily? You might have hit your CCLL.
