| Great question Cherrycoke! You really get to find out what you can and/or can't eat in OWL. I can't eat mushrooms, cucumber, pork rinds. They all cause cravings. I am on Rung 2 Dairy, and I have added cottage cheese and lowcarb yogurt and have had no problems and am still losing weight and inches. Do not fear OWL!! LOL
