| Hello Kim, How's it going on your induction? Good I hope. I too love flavored water but I just wanted to remind you that any flavored water you drink can NOT be counted in your water intake for the day. We didn't make the rules but we have to follow them. www.fitday.com you can keep track of all your food intake and is a carb counter but it doesn't have flavored water to list but you can add it as a custom food. There are no carbs that I know of in any flavored waters, only sodium. My favorite is Dasani Lemon flavored YUMMM.... If I can help in any other way let me know. GOOD LUCK... |

| Good morning, Kim! As Pladd said, you can't count the flavored waters as part of your water intake...they are extras. More than likely each of those bottles has 2 or more servings in each bottle. You'll have to count 1 carb and 1 sweetner per serving...and you can only have 3 servings of sweetner per day. Use them as a treat/dessert. How are things going otherwise with you? Did you move into OWL this week and add more veggies??

| Hey! I finished induction and I've been on OWL for a week already and am still losing. I started at 269 and am now currently at 251! People have been noticing my weight loss even though it's not much and that makes me feel really good |
