What is the lowest and highest CCL for everyone?

It varies person to person, which is why it's an individual number. There is a chart in the book with the ranges of CCLLs for the metabolic resistance to weight loss categories. But, the CCLL can increase with the amount of exercise you do. Generally, the more you exercise, the higher it can be.
