| It really is an individual thing, but I do find that measuring out my berries and topping them with real whipped cream really helps... for me, as long as I eat them along with some fat, I'm ok... however, I don't get cravings from nuts/seeds, so as I said, it's an individual thing. Definitely give it a try though... the berry rung was my favorite, for sure.

| Me too - I usually have my berries with fullfat greek yogurt! But recently I have found that if I sweeten the yogurt it starts me looking for more snacks, so I am back to plain yogurt!!
