My Before and Ongoing Pictures......

Hi everybody,

Scooter here! Well I said I'd post a picture when I hit the 25 pound mark. I actually hit a week ago, I have to update my stats too. Actually, as of this post I have lost a total of 30 pounds! I'm so excited, I've lost over 4 inches, I usually wear 3X shirts, I'm down to 2X, (I have always liked my shirts loose...) and I trousers went from 46 to 42. Life is good. I'm loving the Nuts and Seeds rung. You were all right about the little Macadamia Nut pick me up at my gigs. I love playing music it's awesome, we're right in the middle of my busiest time. I've played out the last 5 nights, with 2 shows yesterday! the energy is definately there now!! Thanks and let me know if you can tell a difference in the pictures. I think I should have done a closer shot! I'll try better at 50! Not too far away, my second goal, is a total of 50 pounds by July 31st, my wifes birthday. Oh yeah, I have some recipes to share, I'll try and post some this evening!

Wow! You're looking mighty fine!

My DH is a musician too and after he lost 75 pounds on Atkins, many of his musician friends didn't even recognize him. He'd run across people he hadn't seen in a year or so and they'd walk right by him!

Thank you everybody! Guess what.....I updated my stats today, jumped on the scales this morning.....woo hoo...another couple pounds! 32 pounds gone forever and ever! I can't wait until July to say goodbye to 50!!! Thanks again!

Congrats on your success so far. Being a third of the way to goal is a great news. You can certainly tell the difference in your photos.
