| yep you add 5 net carbs to where you ate your induction so ifyou were a 20 netter then you go to 25 but if you ate say 14 net carbs daily for your induction then your first OWL addition would be to 19 net.

| Ah, well I've been maximizing my carbs since day one. I can't really imagine going lower than 20 as it's so hard to stay at 20. I've also been looking at the rungs and it says if you want to skip a rung then you should wait the extra time you would normally wait at any other rung before moving on. So say I am pacing myself at 3 weeks per rung and I wanted to skip the nuts and seeds rung (which I am planning to do because nuts and seeds don't agree with my stomach), then I would go 3 weeks on the dairy rung, then an extra 3 weeks on the dairy rung, (do I add in an extra 5 carbs during the second 3 weeks?) and then go into the berry rung. Right?
