| 1 ounce of non salted dry roasted pistachios is 7.84 g carbs, 2.9g fiber = 4.94 net carbs. 1 quarter cup of non salted dry roasted pistachios is 8.5 g carbs, 3.2g fiber = 5.3 net carbs. This is measured with the nuts in the shell.

| Dr Atkins put down 1 ounce of most nuts as being our 5 net carbs in my DANDR!! He listed them by how many nuts of the different varieties were allowed!
