I was in such shock that I had to fitday it myself to check (not that I didn't believe you; it's just such an incredible discoverey!). Paprika is high-ish carb (especially FIVE TABLESPOONS), who woulda thunk? Thanks again... hope that salmon was yummy!

How can you eat something that has a tablespoon of cinnamon in it? When I bake cinnamon rolls for my non-low carb friends, I use 1 tablespoon of cinnamom for 12 rolls! That's about a 1/3 teaspoon per roll, and it's very fragrant and very cinnamony.
