Default Avocados?

Strangest thing. I've pretty much stuck to rung 4, mostly because I have no desire to add booze or beans right now I was losing a nice steady 1 lb a week. BF brought home a huge bag of avocados a couple weeks ago and I started eating 1 a day, now I'm craving them and am losing 2 lbs a week!

Not sure what it is. I started tracking in fitday again after this started and I have noticed that my calories are a bit low, but I really think that they're probably higher than they were pre-avocado binge or at a similar level... Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining in the least! My current theory is that I was probably too low on cals and just didn't realize it. But I'm wondering if there isn't something majic about avocados

Anyone else have success with these lovely things?

Ohhh avocados... they ARE magic... so lovely and delicious. I can't believe that before I made this commitment to this way of eating that I never had eaten them except in guacamole... I love them so much. I love cubing them and putting them in my salads. They are gorgeous and wonderful.

Probably my favorite food right now.

The only other food I eat right now with that level of satiety is boiled eggs.

Avocados are fairly new to me, and I'm loving them. Last week I was in a wonderful little cafe in California and had a spinach and jack cheese omlette with sliced avocados on top. Yummy!

Ok... I had to have some avocado, this was making me hungry! And I just made the best sandwich!

For the "bread" I used two large romaine lettuce leaves. It was sliced chicken, some chopped onion, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and half an avocado sliced. My tummy is happy now.

Do you buy those little Haas ones or the bigger ones. I think I remember reading that you eat it sourcream inside of it, which sounds delish, however I will pass on those little fishy eggs lol. Should I go with the big ones or those little when eating a half for lunch or dinner?
