| Scooter thats great news!!!! You are teh incredible shrinking man. Isnt it great all the fabulous foods we get?!?! I think occasionally of eating the fat free cheese and low fat ice cream that I ate for YEARS. Granted thats while Im eating bacon, full fat cheese, fatty ribeyes and heavy cream! yeeeehaw!

| That's what I love about this WOE too! You never feel like you are missing out on food. It amazes me the people who say they can't do it and they have never even given it a fair shot. It really is the way we are SUPPOSE to eat. Eat great food without being fearful or worried all day about what you have just put in your mouth. And, I agree with you, it is fun chowing down and watching other's do whatever it is they're doing! |
