| No lectures here either, but you say that you have only just started induction....... a little too early to include alcohol in your diet

| I usually drink 1 small glass of red wine with dinner during the week. On weekends, I'll sip an Irish whiskey (Jameson's) on the rocks. Before Atkins, I would drink a case of beer (IPAs) per week. So I've lowered my alcohol carb ingestion from 312g per week to 5g (and it shows).

| One drink that I am looking forward to trying is a Mojito - it has rum, club soda, some crushed mint leaves and I think a slice of lime on the rim of the glass. I'm pretty sure that the total carbs is next to nothing - just what might come out of the oils from the mint leaves, and if you squeeze the lime in there. Has anyone tried one of these?
