Creme Fraiche

Does anyone do anything with Creme Fraiche? I was unable to get to a Trader Joes' to find Greek Yogurt, but my local farmstand had real creme fraiche which so far I have smeared on smoked salmon and also mixed with sf maple syrup as a treat (not at the same time, ewwww).

It's super rich, so you really don't need much. Has anyone else tried this?

Use it like you would sour cream, because it has that tangy taste.

I'm not into sweets, so I use creme fraiche and sour cream instead of sweetened whipped cream for fruits.
