| try it... its sweetened with aspartame which is a known staller, other than that all the ingredients are okay, it depends on the person! remember not to add anything in the week you add that though so you can make sure if that is a staller or not

| Just make sure you check that ALL the ingredients are allowed for your OWL rung level! Some processed foods and mixes have the unlikeliest ingredients!

| s/f jello pudding, the kind in the box has cornstarch so i'd say no, you should stay away. A good chocolate fix is whipping up some heavy cram and adding cocoa powder and splenda, it's like chocolate mousse!
