| my carb tolerance is about 20 carbs and then i put on weight majorly..... My life sucks. yay for me.

| Sure you can go up the rungs, just instead of having 20 net carbs of induction foods +5 net carbs of veggies, +5 net carbs dairy, +5 net carbs etc. You'd just have to swap out your 5 net carbs between the rungs instead of "stacking" them up.
