| I've lost 1.5 of the lbs (leaving me 2 more to go),again for no apparent reason. I didn't change anything..... HOWEVER, I did wake up yesterday with a massive bladder infection. I wonder if my body has been holding on to fluids while it has been building. Who knows? Glad you're losing again too, Sera! |

| i guess it must be that we're ill. i had that virus infection and now i have a real bad cold, i hope there are no more of these extreme up and downs coming, i hate it. tomorrow will show if everything keeps going in the right direction!

| I'm happy to report that today I have finally lost that 3.5 weight gain - plus an additional 1/2 lb. I didn't change anything, but I've been taking my antibiotics faithfully. This teaches me that my strategy of just being patient works! |

| I'm happy to heart things are going good for you again. I'm still struggeling, gained 300g on Sunday, lost them today...I've had this before (not as much though) and I fought with it for weeks :/ I was really hoping I could present myself as an under-80-kg-girl when I go home to Germany this weekend but it doesn't look like that'll happen

| omg, another 500 g gone, I'm almost where I was now 300 g more and I could get under the 80 before the weekend. keep your fingers crossed for me I had almost no meat in the last 2 days...just didn't feel like it, so maybe that is a way for me to go.

| Maybe it is. I eat very, very little meat - maybe 2-3 times a week at most. It's definately doable on Atkins. |

| before atkins i didnt eat a lot of meat either so it shouldnt be too much of a problem, just have to get through lunch at work. meat has lots of protein after all, so this could be a problem idd.

| Women only need about 50 g of protein per day. I get most of mine from eggs (A four egg meal has a ton of protein). And fish, though I'm not a big fish eater - maybe once a week. The rest of mine actually comes from veggies - brocolli, for example! |
