I'm just NOT hungry - help!

I KNOW I have to eat so my body doesn't think that my throat has been cut but I'm just NOT hungry. I'm not sick - I just don't feel like eating when I'm not hungry.

What the heck am I going through now??

I often times don't have an appetite either. It's an effect of Ketosis, isn't it?
Just make sure you keep eating.

eat something small honey... dont let 6 hours go by without eating "something" even if its something small like a String Cheese or a Chicken Wing... just eat 'something'... you have to always throw some wood in that fire to keep your engine running...
