| I don't have a clue about what you can eat, Promise, but just wanted to send my best wishes to you and other ADBB SD members that the fires stop soon and everyone continues to be safe. Those fires look so scary. My thoughts are also with those brave firefighters!

| I know this is a "your mileage may vary" sort of thing, but after induction and rung one I skipped the dairy rung (nothing there I will ever eat to any extent) and headed right on via 2 weeks on nuts and have now reached fruit. With the additional veg, nuts and fruit there is nothing that entices me any higher, so this is where I intend to stay for quite some time. In the last 10 days or so I have had berries with chilled vanilla cream about 3 times and it is such a lovely fresh and fruity taste, it was worth putting in the effort to get here. So hang in there, climb just a couple of rungs more and you WILL have fruit, without having to worry about it. In my case it has not stalled my losses at all - in fact every time I have berries I seem to be down the next day. Which might be because of the cream, I dunno, but it's great to be able to enjoy such a treat.

| Thats what I was going to suggest also I would take some strawberries sweeten them with splenda grill a chicken breast and make a spinach and strawberry salad with grilled chicken.
