| I'm not an expert. But I would say just take it easy. The same thing happens to me sometimes. It's just so good, I can't stop eating it. Good Luck!

| A 'cheat' is whatever you believe is cheating. Personally, I don't count eating too much legal food as cheating, unless I do it often or can't stop because of craving it. Actually, I don't call it cheating--I call it eating off plan. For whatever reason, most of us eat too much of certain foods once in a while. Just keep your eye on what you tend to over eat and try your best to control it. If you have a real hard time controlling how much you eat, it might be a trigger food for you and you may want to cut it out completely. I've had to do that with peanut butter and all nuts. Sunny!

| Cream cheese is considered a "hard cheese" on Atkins. The limits don't change from Induction to Maintenance.
