| Yep. Have to make sure you get your veggies, needed water, and calories in You don't want your body to go into starvation mode. |

| I'm so bad at rememebering exact things but someone will chime in ........ it's important that you eat at least once every (???) I think 5 might be 6 waking hours ......... to keep your metabolism going like it should. Plan your meals and eat only till your comfortable don't push or overfill ........... you will find that even though you thought you were not hungry the food tastes great and you needed it. Heidi |

| As you move into OWL, that deep appetite suppression lessens. What I did was make sure to eat my veggies FIRST. This gets more carb in your system which lessens the ketosis and your appetite will return a little bit. At least that's *MY* experience. Give it a try. Make sure you eat a little something at least every 6 hours. Make sure it's got a veggie somewhere in the ingredients.
