| Hi Pink Panther, I have been having the exact same problem and was asking people about this. It seems quite common amongst people losing weight. Some good ideas to keep warm in there too: I am always freezing - is this WOL part of the reason? |

| Oh I know where you are coming from, I so do. I always seemed to feel the cold more than others but it feels extreme now. when others feel comfy with the temparature I have cold hands, cold feet and a cold, runny nose lol. I don't feel like I lost a lot of fat and it should make a difference but it seems to indeed Not a nice side effect of losing weight.

| Body fat provides us with insulation. So when you lose body fat, you lose insulation and you feel colder. It will take a while before your body gets used to less insulation, but it will.
