| Personally i would put it all on hold.... say If you're sick for a week - the week after carry on at 25, then carry on from there... if that makes sense...

| Yeah, just go back to where you were. In the meantime, make SURE that you don't get dehydrated. Lots of fluids and don't worry overmuch about food.

| Don't punish yourself for being sick. When you are feeling like eating resume where you were. Drink lots of water so you don't dehydrate. If you go carbless your body will go into starvation and then you'll risk the chance of going into a binge and that won't be good. Don't panic when you have issues like this...just make a good solid plan to what you are going to do when it passes and do it. Best wishes.
