| According to calorie-count.com a cup of Mung Bean Sprouts (about 100g) contains: Calories: 31 Fat: 0.2g Total Carbs: 6.2g Fiber: 1.9g Protein: 3.2g So that's 4.3g net carbs, so I would say yes, they should be fine, but I suppose it depends what other carbs you are having.

| BEan sprouts are listed on the Induction Acceptable Foods list as an "other vegetable". So yes, they are okay for Rung 1 OWL because they are okay for Induction
