| I never ate grapes til the "other" fruits rung, i'll check that for you in a minute though... Yes you may skip rungs, but if you do drink you need to try this at some point, You can add that extra week in on berries with an extra 5 net carbs or you could just move straight on to the next rung as you are so close to goal. Be back with info on grapes.
