| I think eating chilli on rice is a UK variation! My own recipe for 'caulirice' is to grate it then add a little salt and microwave - I dont add butter. My husband prefers this to 'real' rice!!

| Usually chili here has ground beef, kidney beans, tomatoes, green peppers. There are many variations but I can't wait to be able to make my own! |

| Try the cauliflower 'rice' - it works great. I've fed it to people who were not on atkins and they were perfectly happy with it. I usually use a little bacon fat rather than butter and put some fried finely chopped onions and celery through it. I don't grate or chop it - too lazy, I just chuck it in a food processor and zap till the pieces are about rice sized, which takes almost no time.

| Chili in restaurants around here is served with either corn bread or totilla chips, Cafe. There's probably low carb recipes for those two things around |
