| I have low metebabolic resistance (woman). I lost 7 pounds on induction, well in the first week, none in the second week. What would My CCLL be if I haven't lost anymore weight on induction? Especailly after 8 weeks? I stayed on induction because my weight loss stalled....after a week! I was going to stay on it until I started losing weight again. I'm scarred to graduate to OWL. I do excersize 4 times a week, about 90 minutes per session, cardio and weights. Plenty of water and no frankenberry food. Natural, organic, nitrate free, coconut oil. Any suggestions, |

| Depending on how much you have to lose. 7 pounds may just be great. You can only find your CCLL by adding carbs on OWL. Our induction losses may be an indication but we can only tell by testing it out. I think perhaps posting your menu in the Menu review section to see if there is something to correct there may be a place to start. Also if you post your stats it will be easier to tell where you're at.
