| Extending your induction when you have about 10 pounds left to lose might be counterproductive as it would mean that you would not have time to find your CCLL and discover if any foods upset your body before reaching goal. We see many people posting that they followed induction till reaching goal and then went on to gain back all the lost weight because they had not learned how to add back the other foods we omit on induction. If you want to be able to maintain your goal weight and learn how you need to eat to stay at goal in the future you do really need to conduct the OWL experiment. So my suggestion is to start on OWL rung one now.

| With 10 pounds left to lose, even if you stay on induction you might not lose even a pound a week. I stalled out because of staying on induction too long. When I added extra veggies, my losses started back up again.

| Definitely move onto OWL! Vegetables are our friend and certainly nothing to be afraid of.
