| I am not much of a drinker either. I wouldn't drink more alcohol than you typically would...try a glass of wine, or something like that (a low-carb Mojito is very tasty) a couple times to test out your body.

| I'm not a drinker either. When I did the Alcohol Rung, I used the alcohol in cooking. Granted cooking doesn't remove all the alcohol, so I figured what little amount I ate was good enough to test how my bod reacts to it. (Plus it added an extra layer of flavor to my foods!)
