| I stayed strong. It was easy with all the grilling going on. With a huge salad loaded with veggies and then a piece of perfectly grilled meat - who could go wrong? I'm so happy for you, you're so close to goal. Congratulations! |

| I stayed strong too! Everything went as planned with lots of grilled meats, veggies, salad, deviled eggs, and one hot dog roasted over an open fire! The best treat of the weekend was jicama dipped in guacamole--Yum! Although a lot of the other ("non-legal") foods looked good I never ever felt deprived and therefore never was really tempted. I think it would have been much harder and I would have been feeling more depressed and more like I was missing out on stuff if I wasn't getting to eat such fabulous foods! I was truly so excited to eat a juicy cheeseburger patty, fresh crisp salad and jicama/guac that it didn't even occur to me to nibble on other stuff! A far cry from trying to stick to a low cal/low fat diet during a party--that was always a total drag! Good work ladies! Stay tough!
